Senders are responsible for ensuring that shipments are properly packaged to withstand normal handling during transit. We reserve the right to refuse improperly packaged shipments and are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the greater of the declared value or the statutory limit per kilogram as defined by applicable transport conventions. For shipments requiring additional coverage, we offer declared value insurance at the time of booking.
We provide real-time shipment tracking through our website and mobile app. Tracking information is updated as shipments progress through our network. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.
We make up to three delivery attempts on consecutive business days. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the shipment will be held at the nearest service center for 7 calendar days before being returned to the sender. Return shipping charges will apply.
