SDK Policy

Overview

This Software Development Kit (SDK) Policy governs the use of Kazt Logistics SDKs provided to developers for integrating shipping, tracking, and logistics functionality into mobile and web applications. By downloading, accessing, or using our SDKs, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our SDKs solely for the purpose of developing applications that integrate with our logistics services. This license is subject to your compliance with this policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Permitted Uses

• Integrating shipment creation, tracking, and management into your applications
• Displaying real-time tracking information to your end users
• Generating shipping labels and customs documentation programmatically
• Building e-commerce checkout flows with shipping rate calculation
• Accessing delivery confirmation and proof-of-delivery data

Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the SDK
• Redistributing or sublicensing the SDK to third parties
• Using the SDK to build competing logistics or courier services
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works of the SDK
• Using the SDK for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures

Data Handling

Our SDKs may collect and transmit data to our servers to provide functionality. This includes:

• Device identifiers — for authentication and session management
• Usage analytics — aggregated, anonymized data about SDK performance
• Shipment data — information you submit for processing through the SDK
• Location data — only when explicitly required for tracking features and with user consent

All data handling complies with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Developers using our SDKs are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from their end users.

Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.

Security Responsibilities

• Store API keys securely and never expose them in client-side code or public repositories
• Implement proper authentication and authorization in your applications
• Use HTTPS for all API communications
• Keep the SDK updated to the latest version to benefit from security patches
• Report any security vulnerabilities to track@kaztlogistics.com

Updates and Versioning

We may release new versions of our SDKs with bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. We will notify developers of major version changes at least 90 days before deprecating previous versions. Critical security updates may be released with shorter notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our SDKs at any time for violation of this policy. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the SDK and destroy all copies in your possession. Provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and data handling survive termination.
